In application of article
L. 611-6, the debtor may request that the conciliator be challenged if the conciliator is in one of the following situations:
1° He or she has a direct or indirect personal interest in the proceedings;
2° There is a direct or indirect link of any kind between the conciliator and one of the creditors or one of the creditor's managers or employees;
3° There is a cause of mistrust between the conciliator and the debtor;
4° He is in one of the situations of incompatibility referred to in Article
L. 611-13;
5° He has been definitively struck off or dismissed from a regulated profession.
