I. - The Steering Committee of the Ecole Nationale de Ski et d'Alpinisme comprises :

1° Members by right :

a) The Director General or his representative ;

b) The deputy director of the National Ski and Mountaineering School or his representative;

c) The Prefect of Haute-Savoie or his representative;

d) The President of the Rhône-Alpes Regional Council or his representative;

e) The President of the Haute-Savoie General Council or his representative;

f) The mayor of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc or his representative;

g) The Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Regional Academic Delegate for Youth, Commitment and Sport or his/her representative;

2° Appointed members:

a) Representatives of approved sports federations with an interest in the sports taught at the National Ski and Mountaineering School;

b) Representatives of professionals working in the sports professions taught at the National Ski and Mountaineering School;

c) Individuals appointed for their expertise in mountain sports;

d) Managers of the establishment;

3° Elected members :

a) The full or alternate staff representatives on the Board of Directors working at the Ecole nationale de ski et d'alpinisme ;

b) Two representatives of trainees.

II. - The Steering Committee of the Centre national de ski nordique et de moyenne montagne comprises :

1° Members by right :

a) The Director General or his representative ;

b) The Director of the Centre national de ski nordique et de moyenne montagne or his representative ;

c) The Prefect of the Jura or his representative;

d) The President of the Franche-Comté Regional Council or his representative;

e) The President of the Jura General Council or his representative;

f) The mayor of Prémanon or his representative;

g) The Bourgogne-Franche-Comté regional academic delegate for youth, commitment and sport or his/her representative;

2° Appointed members:

a) Representatives of approved sports federations with an interest in the sports taught at the Centre national de ski nordique et de moyenne montagne ;

b) Representatives of professionals working in the sports professions taught at the Centre national de ski nordique et de moyenne montagne;

c) Representatives of local authorities and groups of local authorities that have a partnership with the Centre national de ski nordique et de moyenne montagne;

d) Individuals appointed for their expertise in the field of mountain sports;

e) Managers from the establishment;

3° Elected members :

a) The full or alternate staff representatives on the Board of Directors working at the Centre national de ski nordique et de moyenne montagne ;

b) A representative of trainees;

c) A representative of top-level athletes.

Members of the Steering Committees other than ex officio members and elected members are appointed by the Director General, who informs the Board of Directors.
