A judgment rendered by default may be opposed, except where this remedy is excluded by an express provision.
Except in these cases, he may act in defence of public order on the occasion of acts that undermine it.
The court before which the contested judgment is produced may, depending on the circumstances, disregard or stay it.
Paternity outside marriage may be judicially declared. The action to establish paternity is reserved for the child.
