In forceThe internal regulations of the hospital establishment or of the regional hospital grouping in the case of inter-establishment clusters define the main principles governing the operation of the clusters and relations between the heads of clusters, the heads of services and the heads of departments, functional units and other internal structures, particularly in the following areas:
1° Clinical research and innovation ;
2° Teaching, in the context of initial and continuing training;
3° Quality and safety of care and treatment ;
4° Organisation of continuity and permanence of care;
5° Coordination of care pathways, organisation and evaluation of patient medical care;
6° The management of human resources and functional authority over the staff making up the departments and other structures;
7° The principles of training and performance appraisal for heads of service and heads of departments, functional units and other internal structures.
