For the monitoring of mycotoxin levels in foodstuffs, only one sample is taken.
It gives rise to the drawing up of a report under the conditions provided for in articles R. 512-10 and R. 512-11. The sample is sent by the owner or holder, at their expense, to one of the laboratories mentioned in articles R. 512-31 and R. 512-32, designated by the authorised agent.
The laboratory prepares samples from this sample for analysis in accordance with the provisions of article R. 512-22. R. 512-27 apply. Before any analysis, this laboratory checks the integrity of the seal affixed to the sample it has received. It carries out the analysis in compliance with the provisions of the applicable regulations.
