Any de jure or de facto manager of a commercial company referred to in
article R. 313-14who contravenes the obligations referred to in I of that article, or any other legal entity or natural person who is a trader, who contravenes the obligations referred to in II of that article, is liable to a fine of 5th class.
Repeated breaches of this article are punishable in accordance with
article 132-11of the French Criminal Code.
