Sub-section 4 - Automatic processing of personal data for the purpose of establishing the biological profile of athletes referred to in Article L. 230-3

I. - Five categories of data may be recorded in the automated processing of personal data mentioned in Article R. 232-41-1:

1° Data relating to the athlete's civil status:

a) Surname and first name ;

b) Date and place of birth ;

c) Sex;

2° Data relating to the athlete's activity:

a) Sport practised ;

b) If the person concerned is a member of an approved national sports federation, the name of the federation;

c) Mention, if applicable, of any participation in training at medium or high altitude or use of an altitude simulation device during the last two weeks;

3° Information provided by the person concerned relating to current or recent medical treatment;

4° Haematological data measured or calculated in the athlete's blood samples:

a) Haematocrit ;

b) Haemoglobin ;

c) Mean corpuscular volume ;

d) Mean corpuscular haemoglobin concentration;

e) Erythrocyte count (red blood cells);

f) Percentage of reticulocytes;

g) Reticulocyte count;

h) Mean corpuscular haemoglobin ;

i) Index showing the difference between the haemoglobin level and the reticulocyte level, known as the "Off-score

j) Distribution of red blood cells with deviation from the standard;

k) Immature reticulocyte fraction;

5° Data measured or calculated in the athlete's urine samples:

a) Testosterone;

b) Epitestosterone;

c) Androsterone;

d) Etiocholanolone;

e) Dehydroepiandrosterone;

f) 5androstanediol;

g) 5androstanediol;

h) Dihydrotestosterone;

i) Luteinising hormone ;

j) Chorionic gonadotropin hormone;

k) Index showing the concentration of testosterone in relation to that of epitestosterone, known as the "T/E ratio";

l) Urinary density.

II. - The data falling into the category mentioned in 4° of I may be specified or supplemented, for the purposes of demonstrating the use of a prohibited substance or method, by a decision of the College of the French Anti-Doping Agency taken in accordance with the recommendations of the World Anti-Doping Agency and published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
