L'agent sportif transmet au délégué aux agents sportifs, dans un délai d'un mois à compter de leur signature, la copie des contrats ci-dessous énumérés :

1° Contrats mentionnés au deuxième alinéa de l'article L. 222-17, en exécution desquels il met en rapport les parties intéressées à la conclusion d'un contrat relatif à l'exercice rémunéré d'une activité sportive ou d'entraînement, ou prévoyant la conclusion d'un contrat de travail relatif à l'exercice d'une telle activité ;

2° Contrats mentionnés au premier alinéa de l'article L. 222-7, relating to the paid practice of a sporting or training activity, or providing for the conclusion of a contract of employment relating to the practice of such an activity, entered into through its intermediary;

3° Contracts referred to in the third paragraph of Article L. 222-5, pursuant to which he brings together the parties interested in concluding a contract relating to the practice of a sporting activity by a minor or whose cause is the practice of such an activity;

4° Contracts mentioned in the second paragraph of Article L. 222-5, relating to the pursuit of a sporting activity by a minor or whose cause is the pursuit of such an activity, entered into through his intermediary;

5° Agreements referred to in the first paragraph of Article L. 222-16, entered into with a national of a State that is not a member of the European Union or a party to the European Economic Area and whose purpose is to introduce an interested party to the conclusion of a contract referred to in the first paragraph of Article L. 222-7.

Within one month of signing the contract, the sports agent must send the delegate in charge of sports agents a copy of the amendments and modifications to the contracts mentioned in 1° to 3° of this article, as well as the documents relating to their termination.
