The application for registration shall be made by one of the parties to the deed or by a proxy with a power of attorney. Unless otherwise stipulated, this power extends to the registration requests referred to in
articles R. 132-10 to R. 132-13and
R. 132-15, upon receipt of the notifications provided for in
Article R. 132-14and to the request for cancellation provided for in
article R. 132-16.
