I. - The agreements provided for in article
L. 132-28are not required if the intermediary only uses advertising documents provided by the insurance company and the latter has undertaken in writing to send him the information mentioned in b of 2° of article
R. 132-5-1.
II - Such an agreement is not required in the case of the marketing of contracts mentioned in article L. 441-1 where the relationship between the member and the policyholder makes membership of the contract compulsory.
