If the applicant temporarily stores data on interim computer media made available by the computer service mentioned in Article R. 123-30-9, the administrative authority responsible for implementing this service shall, at the end of the storage period of a maximum of twelve months, erase all the data and files thus stored. The applicant is notified in advance by electronic means.
