Registration on a roll does not apply to practitioners in the armed forces referred to in article L.4061-1, or to doctors, dental surgeons or midwives who, being civil servants or permanent employees of a local authority, are not called upon, in the performance of their duties, to practise medicine or dentistry or to perform acts falling within the definition of the profession of midwife.
