In forceIn response to a duly justified request, collective management organisations shall communicate, by electronic means and within a period not exceeding one month, to the holders of rights managed by the organisation in any capacity whatsoever, to organisations on whose behalf they manage rights under a representation agreement and to users, the following information:
1° The works or other protected subject matter they represent, the rights they manage, directly or under representation agreements, and the territories covered;
2° If, due to the scope of the organisation's activity, these works or other protected subject matter cannot be determined, the types of works or other protected subject matter they represent, the rights they manage and the territories covered.
They may charge a fee strictly proportionate to the cost of providing such information.
They are exempt from answering individual requests when they make this information available to the public on their website.
