A record of the time spent on the compensable activities mentioned in
Article R. 1423-55is kept at the court registry for each industrial tribunal member.
The identification as well as the start and end times of each activity are declared by the industrial tribunal member. For the activities mentioned in c, d and e of 2° of article R. 1423-55, these times are specified at the end of the hearing and deliberation by all the members of the panel.
