In force1° For cinematographic works belonging to the fiction genre, direct allocations are awarded when one of the following two conditions is met:
- five points are obtained for a function or position held by a woman;
- four points are obtained for a function or position held by a woman and one of the positions of author of the musical composition, chief sound editor or mixer is held by a woman;
2° For cinematographic works in the animation genre produced in two dimensions, direct allocations are awarded when one of the following two conditions is met:
- seven points are obtained for a function or position held by a woman;
- six points are obtained for a function or position held by a woman and one of the positions of author of the musical composition, chief sound editor or mixer is held by a woman;
3° For cinematographic works belonging to the animation genre produced in three dimensions or in volume, direct allocations are awarded when one of the following two conditions is met:
- eight points are obtained for a function or position held by a woman;
- seven points are obtained for a function or position held by a woman and one of the positions of author of the musical composition, chief sound editor or mixer is held by a woman;
4° For cinematographic works belonging to the documentary genre, direct allocations are awarded when one of the following two conditions is met:
- four points are obtained for a function or position held by a woman;
- three points are obtained for a function or position held by a woman and one of the positions of author of the musical composition, chief sound editor or mixer is held by a woman.
